Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped with care from the UK. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of purchase. As a small business, dispatch times may occasionally be affected by personal or unforeseen circumstances, e.g. illness - but should this happen, we'll always make sure a notice is displayed before you place your order.

UK Shipping

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Small Parcel service. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. An upgraded service (Royal Mail 1st Class) may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–10 working days. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Returns

Each Densha Pin is carefully hand-packed to ensure it arrives safely. Although we do our best to ensure every parcel arrives in perfect condition, occasional issues can arise during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it using the contact form. We will aim to respond as soon as possible, but in the meantime please arrange proof of your damaged or defective product.

We may ask for a photo to help resolve the issue quickly. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If a return is required, items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition.

Unfortunately, because our pins are produced in small batches and handled individually, we cannot accept returns for change once packaging has been opened.
