Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our base in the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard. Please note buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on destination but typically take 5–10 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment options are shown at checkout.
How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a further dispatch email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.

What size are the pins?
Sizes vary slightly depending on train design, but most pins are approximately 50 mm in width. Exact dimensions are listed on each product's page.
Are the pins accurate to the real trains?
Each design is hand-drawn and then adapted into an enamel pin. This process naturally involves some simplification. Small variations in line thickness, proportions or colour may occur due to the limitations of the enamel pin manufacturing process.
Whilst we always aim to capture each train's distinctive character and details as faithfully as possible, the enamel pin process requires certain lines and proportions to be refined. These slight differences are part of what makes each batch unique.
How durable are the pins?
Our pins are made using hard enamel, which is known for its strength and long-lasting finish. The metal plating and enamel surface make them resistant to scratches from everyday wear. They are suitable for bags, jackets, lanyards and display boards, and should hold up well with normal use.
Will sold-out designs be restocked?
Unless specifically marked as "limited edition", designs are likely to be restocked. However, as all pins are produced in small batches, restock quantities may be limited and timings can vary.

What if my pin arrives damaged?
If your pin arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it using the contact form and arrange proof of your damaged or defective product.
How can I return an order?
If a return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions including a return address. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
